GLEAMVORA offers automotive detailing tools and car care accessories, including microfiber cleaning towels, detailing brushes, wash mitts, applicator pads, wheel-cleaning tools, interior-cleaning tools, and related vehicle care accessories.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping normally takes 5–8 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
The total estimated delivery time is approximately 6–10 business days, including processing and transportation. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incorrect address.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs $3.00 for orders under $50.00.
Orders of $50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The qualifying order value is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Where do you ship?
We ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may be unavailable or require different delivery times.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, we will email you a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?

We will attempt to change or cancel an order that has not entered processing or shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be returned after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.
What is your return period?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included materials.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We provide free return shipping for approved returns within the United States. We will send you a prepaid return label after approving your request.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days after delivery. Approved exchanges include free return shipping and no restocking fee.

How long does a refund take?
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
What should I do if my product is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact support@gleamvora.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Can I return a product without contacting you?
No. Contact us before mailing any return. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.
For approved returns, we will provide the correct return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Read all product instructions and warnings before use. Test detailing products and tools on a small, inconspicuous area before applying them to a larger surface.
Make sure the tool is suitable for the vehicle surface and discontinue use if you notice scratching, discoloration, or other unexpected effects.
